  • Refund Policy:   If purchased products arrive damaged please return them to Fireside Crafts at PO Box 108, Red Hill South, 3937 and a full refund of your purchase and postage will be provided.
  • Privacy Policy:   All email and personal addresses will be kept strictly confidential and not sold to any other interested party, such as, for the purpose of spam or advertising.
  • Export Restrictions:   Goods will only be sold within Australia or New Zealand.
  • Security Policy:   We provide a secure checkout for payments through the use of Westpac Banking Corporation (128-bit SSL encryption).
  • Shipping Policy:   Goods will be sent via registered post through Australia Post.  We have a flat rate of $8.50, which includes the cost of registered post.  Purchased goods will be shipped within 2 weeks unless they on back order.  If there is to be a delay in postage we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
  • Customer Service Policy:     In cases where a backorder is involved we will communicate with you via email within three business days and provide you with the choice of waiting a little longer or recieving a full refund.
